Reminder to Parents/Guardians:
If you have a student-athlete(s) in grades 6th-12th that will be participating in a sport next school year, they will need a new sports physical on file.
Sports physicals completed after April 15th are valid for the next school year.
All physicals and final forms should be completed by/before August 12th to participate.
